In order for us to collect any amounts you may owe, we may contact you by telephone at any telephone number associated with your account, including cell phone numbers which could result in charges to you. If the patient provides Dr. James Rice or it's agents with his/her cell phone number , the patient authorizes Dr James Rice or it's agents to call his/her cell phone number either manually or by auto-dialer in order to collect any amounts the patient owes. Additionally, any overpayment will be promptly refunded to you after all claims have been processed by all applicable payers.

Dr James Rice will charge a $30 fee for check payment returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds or closed accounts.
